Corporate German and Hungarian speaking lawyer in Budapest

Challenge

The EMEA counsel of a global entity needed a corporate Hungarian lawyer to work in-house in their Budapest office on a deal involving Germany and Hungary.

Therefore, the lawyer on demand needed to be native in German and Hungarian and at least fluent in English. He needed to also be familiar with German law and the German legal system.
