On-site managed review in Germany

Challenge

One of our US clients (a US law firm) needed EU data to be reviewed for one of their clients (a multinational). The data was located in Germany and could not leave the country to comply with the data privacy rules.

The data was in German and English and had already been collected and processed. We had one month to complete the review within a certain budget.

Execution

LexSensis set up a review centre in a secure location at the heart of Frankfurt, one of Germany’s document review hotspots.  

We calculated the number of reviewers necessary for the review and recruited the review team, together with an experienced review manager. We setup the workflow with the review manager and checked on the progress of the review daily.

We visited the review centre regularly to ensure everything was running smoothly.

Results

The review was completed on time and withing budget.
