The 6-month placement of a Spanish lawyer in Paris

One of our French clients (a global entity) needed a Spanish lawyer to work in-house in Paris assisting on various taker-overs and mergers that were to take place over a period of 6 months.

Therefore, the lawyer on demand needed to be native in Spanish and at least fluent in French and in English with a proven track record of M&A work experience.

Execution
